On social media, Gionet has frequently promoted the Fourteen Words, a white supremacist slogan.[46][45][47] He has also hosted an online talk show in which he interviewed far right personalities such as neo-Nazi Richard B. Spencer.[48] He was permanently banned from Twitter after posting a photoshopped image of Laura Loomer, a Jewish far-right activist, inside a gas chamber.[10] In December 2022, Gionet had his original Twitter account reinstated.
In November 2019, Gionet officially reverted his politics. He deleted his apology videos, and began collaborating with the white nationalist Groyper movement in its \"trolling\" of Turning Point USA rallies.[11]
Gionet was arrested in multiple livestreamed instances of trespassing and assault, including pepper spraying a bouncer, in Scottsdale, Arizona, in December 2020.[14] Following this particular incident, Gionet was found guilty of assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass, all misdemeanors.[61][21] On January 13, 2022, Gionet was sentenced to 30 days in jail.[62][63]
In July 2022, Gionet pleaded guilty to parading, demonstrating or picketing inside a Capitol building, a misdemeanor.[67] In January 2023, he was sentenced to 60 days in jail.[22] The randomly-assigned judge in the case, District Judge Trevor McFadden, said his actions prior to sentencing showed his lack of remorse. In December 2022, Gionet tweeted \"i can't believe i'm going to jail for an nft salesman,\" referencing Donald Trump.[68]He is incarcerated at Federal Correctional Institution, Miami with BOP# 25906-509.
Trollface or Troll Face is a rage comic meme image of a character wearing a mischievous smile, used to symbolise internet trolls and trolling. It is one of the oldest and most widely known rage comic faces.[1][2]
Trollface was drawn in Microsoft Paint on September 19, 2008, by Carlos Ramirez, an 18-year-old Oakland college student.[3][4] The image was published on Ramirez's DeviantArt page, \"Whynne\",[4] as part of a rage comic titled Trolls, about the pointless nature of trolling.[5][6] Ramirez posted the image to the imageboard website 4chan and other users started to share it.[3][7] In the following months, Ramirez's drawing quickly gained traction on 4chan as the universal emoticon of an internet troll and a versatile rage comic character. From 4chan, Trollface spread to Reddit and Urban Dictionary in 2009,[4][5] eventually reaching other internet image-sharing sites like Imgur and Facebook.[5]
Trollface shows a troll, someone who annoys others on the internet for their own amusement.[2] The original comic by Ramirez mocked trolls;[3] however, the image is widely used by trolls.[10] Trollface has been described as the internet equivalent of the children's taunt \"nyah nyah nyah nyah nyah nyah\" or sticking one's tongue out.[10] The image is often accompanied by phrases such as \"Problem\" or \"You mad, bro\".[11]
On the side of the radio, there was a chat bar, so X-Teamers could chat while the video was rolling. Except that the chat bar didn't automatically scroll down whenever new messages came in. Hilarity ensued and X-Teamers flooded the chat with !scrollfix messages in attempts to fix the problem or, more accurately, troll the organizers.
